For 18 years, the Different Sounds Festival has been a magnet for alternative music fans and experimental artists in Lublin. This year marks a new chapter as it joins forces with the National Reading Development Program 2.0 (NPRCz 2.0) for the first time. <\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n

Different Sounds, Lublin’s flagship alternative music festival and a key part of the East of Culture initiative the East of Culture initiative<\/a> consistently pushes the boundaries of genres and sound. Its dynamic programme features concerts by underground legends, exciting new discoveries from around the world, and a rich array of literary, film, and family events. Admission is free, and the festival is a collaborative effort coordinated by the City of Lublin and Workshops of Culture, in partnership with the National Centre for Culture. <\/p>\n

The Reading Zone opens July 3\u20136 in the festival\u2019s green heart, B\u0142onia near the Castle.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Look forward to<\/strong>:
\nOutdoor Library – Browse a handpicked selection of books, settle into a comfy deckchair, and enjoy a moment of peace and quiet.<\/p>\n

Silent Reading Area – Put on headphones and tune into episodes of Dobre Strony<\/a> and the National Centre for Culture\u2019s “Cultural Broadcasts” for a focused listening experience.<\/p>\n

Chill-out Zone – Relax in the shade, explore what NPRCz 2.0 is all about, and chat with us about books, culture, and creative ideas.<\/p>\n

This open, welcoming space is the perfect spot to slow down, enjoy good literature, and connect with others.  Stop by anytime \u2014 admission is free!
.<\/strong> We\u2019ll be there to share more about NPRCz 2.0, its current initiatives, and how reading culture is evolving across Poland. It\u2019s the perfect place to talk about books, culture, and creative ideas \u2014 or simply enjoy a quiet moment with a good read <\/p>\n
