Dlina Volny is a Belarusian trio that explores the realms of coldwave, post-punk, and synthwave. On one hand, the musicians creatively draw from the traditions of these genres, as well as the rich legacy of the Eastern European alternative and electronic scenes. On the other, they boldly look to the future, imbuing their work with a futuristic, at times dreamlike and ethereal atmosphere.
Today, Dlina Volny stands as one of the most compelling and original voices on the contemporary music scene of our eastern neighbours. This is a name worth remembering—one can be certain that there is much more to come from them.
