About the Fair
independent music scene in Poland, like everywhere else, has been growing rapidly in recent years, with many small record labels releasing a wide range of albums in various styles, from punk rock to experimental electronic music. However, due to the limited production of these records, it can be challenging for artists to reach a broader audience through traditional music stores. Instead, these albums are often only available online or directly from the distributor.
To address this issue, Indie Labels Fair was set up to support these independent record labels. The Fair is in line with the concept of the Different Sounds festival, as most of the performers who have participated in the festival are signed with independent label
For yet another year, independent music labels from across Poland will gather at East of Culture – Different Sounds to take part in Indie Labels’ fair.
Previous editions of Indie Labels’ Fair drew large crowds — music lovers had the chance to buy records directly from the labels, chat with the people behind them, and explore the latest releases from the independent scene.
This year’s exhibitors will include Gusstaff Records, Kilogram Records, Bocian Records, Antena Krzyku, and Don’t Sit On My Vinyl, among others.
Indie Labels’ Fair: 4 and 5th July 2025 at 16.00-22.00.
